Services

ProLectric LLC provides residential and commercial electrical services, including electrical repairs, troubleshooting, panel replacement, service upgrades, lighting installation, ceiling fan installation, EV charger installation, generator interlock installation, and related electrical work.

All electrical work is performed in accordance with applicable Texas electrical laws, local codes, permitting requirements, and inspection requirements where applicable.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by ProLectric LLC is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Pricing may change if additional work, hidden damage, code issues, unsafe wiring, access problems, material changes, or customer-requested changes are discovered.

Written estimates are valid only for the time period stated on the estimate. If no time period is stated, the estimate may be subject to change based on material cost, labor availability, or job conditions.

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. ProLectric LLC makes every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window, but arrival times may be affected by weather, traffic, emergency calls, permitting, material availability, or prior jobs taking longer than expected.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate service information, safe access to the work area, access to electrical panels, attic spaces, crawl spaces, garages, gates, pets, and any other areas needed to complete the requested work.

The customer is also responsible for notifying ProLectric LLC of any known electrical problems, prior repairs, unsafe conditions, water damage, structural issues, or access limitations before work begins.

Permits and Inspections

Some electrical work may require permits and inspections. When permits are required, ProLectric LLC will follow applicable local requirements. Permit fees, inspection fees, utility company fees, and related charges may be added to the project cost unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice, estimate, or service agreement. ProLectric LLC may require deposits, progress payments, or payment upon completion depending on the size and type of job.

Past-due balances may be subject to collection activity, service delays, or additional fees as allowed by law.

Materials and Equipment

Materials, fixtures, devices, panels, breakers, EV chargers, lighting, ceiling fans, and other equipment may be supplied by ProLectric LLC or by the customer, depending on the job.

ProLectric LLC is not responsible for defects, missing parts, warranty issues, compatibility problems, or damage related to customer-supplied materials or equipment.

Warranty

ProLectric LLC stands behind the workmanship provided on completed electrical work. Warranty coverage may vary by job and will not apply to customer-supplied materials, existing wiring, existing equipment, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, water damage, power surges, utility issues, or work performed by others.

Manufacturer warranties for materials or equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
